When is the marquee put up and taken down?

For a weekend event, the marquees are usually put up on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday and taken down on a Monday. Do I need lining and flooring for the marquee?

Lining and flooring is purely optional. The marquees can be hired on their own as basic shelter. However the wooden flooring and the carpet keeps the inside of the marquee cleaner and smarter. The linings hide the aluminium frame of the marquee and make it look more special.

Flooring also helps smooth out uneven surfaces like grass, making it easier for guests to move around.
